Закон о монетарном (денежном) контроле: первая часть Закона о дерегулировании депозитных учреждений и денежно-кредитном контроле (США, 1980 г.); данный закон расширил доступ к "учетному окну" ФРС всех учреждений, застрахованных на федеральном уровне, отменил "потолки" процентных ставок, разрешил сберегательным учреждениям выполнять функции коммерческих банков, распространил резервные требования на все кредитные институты (в т. ч. небанковские) в течение восьмилетнего периода, разрешил ФРС вводить дополнительные резервные требования; см. Depository Institutions Deregulation and Monetary Control Act.
